I'm not sure I put enough exclamation marks down. CC Sabathia is going to be a Yankee, according to Joel Sherman of the New York Post. They'll need to dot the i's and cross the t's but if Sherman's correct, the long national nightmare is over. And to Mike Francesa, who was adamant on Monday about how CC was playing the Yankees and didn't want to come; I'm deeply ashamed to call you a fellow Yankees fan. I listened to you yesterday (today, who knows?, it's 5 in the morning) and was flabbergasted. You, sir, are an idiot. Let's see you backtrack later today. Happy days are here again.
